Not to be a stick in the mud, but you aren't meant to have sex in pools or hot tubs anywhere!. We all do it in our own hot tub I'm sure, but you shouldn't really. The ramifications of chlorinated water entering your vagina can cause all sorts of problems from BV to urine infections and much worse!
All that aside, most clubs demand that you refrain from "heavy petting" or "hanky panky" in thier pools and tubs as its extremely unhygienic.
