I don’t mind either. I hear so often how women have inboxes brimming and they can’t keep up, so I often fear of a decent message that I’ve spent a good amount of time on, getting lost on the other messages. That’s not to say I won’t take the chance for those I find attractive, a simple wink though, shows a sign of appreciation, and if I get a mutual one back, even more reason to spend that time. I know, I know , winks can get lost too |

"Wink, we're not arrogant enough to think that people should write war and peace just to signal their interest and offer us the opportunity to signal ours. "
I agree - although War and Peace is at least a good read! |

I don't mind receiving either of them.
But personally I tend to send a wink if I'm short on time.
So when I come back on I can see who's been of interest to me and then I can spend a bit of time composing a message if I feel like there could be a conversation to be had.

Alot of people don't respond to winks, but then moan with generic messages, a wink shows there's interest if you get a wink back you know it's OK to message, also women and couples get inundated with messages so there's a good chance they won't even see your messages lol |
