Not sure I did the right thing just but we were sent a picture by a guy of his cock and it looked wrong and possibly Thrushy so we told him this and upset him.

Well its easy to work out whether its the right thing or not. Imagine the tables were turned and you sent the guy pics of you naked, he sent a message saying you looked like you'd got a dose of syphilis and then he started a thread to ask others whether he should have said that.

If you would be happy with that yourself then don't worry about it.

I however feel you were a little rude. You weren't going to meet him, just ignore and block him if required would have been the polite option

Would have ignored and moved on as opposed to saying anything in the first place, let alone making a thread about it.

I believe it's a matter of trying to be diplomatic, I would not be upset if someone told me it looked like I had a fungal infection. After all it's very easy fixable. Perhaps he should take that on board, fix it, if it is a problem and upload new pics.

How can youy make a diagnosis from looking at the pic..

Thrush is itchy and uncomfortable and will get worse if left untreated, so I'm pretty sure the guy will get an incling something is wrong for himself.

What look like thrush to you maybe just he has discoloured skin.
