See what's on locally on the dates you're looking to go, Check who is playing at home for the football as hotel prices will be high, Albert dock area for the views and its close to L1 shopping,

Townhouse is on the Wirral (10-15 minutes from town

Sefton Park is quite nice for walk, then just off is Lark Lane with plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Tomorrow night I’ll be at FACT cinema which is on my favourite street in the Centre, Bold Street. Also an abundance of bars, restaurants and cafes.

Opposite Lime Street Station there St George’s and at the side, museum and art gallery.

Ferry across the Mersey to New Brighton a lovely walk.

It's highly entertaining. Good amount of kids in there but just as good for adults. It's really quite bonkers. Worth every penny.

The Shankley Hotel is interesting with its style of rooms. Otherwise The Titanic hotel on the docks is lovely except of football match day
