What makes a good house party apart from the guests.

So I would appreciate your experiences, thoughts and ideas . I lost my studio and had to move due to a relationship breakup. I’m now using my new home , 2 bed bungalow as my studio as it offers a lot more then my old studio . Two good size bedrooms, luxury bathroom , living room with a lot of light etc.
I’ve also started to hire the place out to other photographers and models who like the space. The garden is private and half an acre with a lot of seating etc.
Now that I’m comfortable with photographers and models having carte blanche with the garden and house I’m now looking at hosting parties for swingers.
Would welcome feedback from other parties . |

Good mix of people, music, nibbles, drinks, towels, condoms, location and most importantly cleanliness. I attend regular house parties but my friends says It’s hard work. |

Yeah I would say rule no.1
Everyone who arrives must take a shower towels provided. If women have make up shower from neck down.
2. Good music playing
3. A garden with gazebo
4. Fancy dress theme
5. Plenty parking close by |

I can't decide if this is a joke thread or not cos some suggestions for my mind a bit blown ....
A good ratio of guests.... if ppl are into couple swaps then obvs just couples but we prefer events with singles too
Good music
Good hosts
No theme or fancy dress for me thanks
Places to fuck (maybe invest in blow up beds)
Enough toilet roll for a party ... wet wipes and a bin in the loo
