"It means he doesn’t want his wife to find out. "

Lol, good point. 😅

A lot of CACT on single women's profiles too, and I always wondered how it works...

Do they expect to be picked up and dropped off (if so, would it still count as "travel"?)? Quick shag behind the local Budgens, walking distance? Online/cam only?

I don't think it's that difficult to understand really, they don't drive so need to meet local - club/hotel/yours.

"I don't think it's that difficult to understand really, they don't drive so need to meet local - club/hotel/yours.

"

Then that would involve some form of travel surely?

Can only meet somewhere between their front garden and Tescos car park.

It would be better if there was a “willing to travel 20 miles” for example.

We can travel here and there but not willing to spend an hour or so driving somewhere to be let down, made to feel uneasy etc and then head home again.

If you are getting extremely picky, travelling would include walking to a room for sex, but let's have some common sense here, it really isn't hard to understand.

It means don’t bother wasting your time on them because they will just end up wasting yours.

"It means only meeting locally. "

This! There should be a third option of "local" or perhaps a mile radius option where you can enter a number

I currently have that on my profile because I am not meeting. When/if I start meeting again, I would probably keep it the same as I'm mostly interested in meeting at a club. Only once I know I can trust the person, I'd be happy to accommodate.

Somewhere

I have can travel on mine because I can up on local transport. However, apparently even putting that I can't drive on my bio doesn't stop people expecting it. Had a few folk seem to think it'd be perfectly reasonable to expect me to fund a taxi 30-40mins distance either way... Which I'm not going to do 😅

Local area meets only, won’t/cant travel any distance.

Bit of a Catch 22, if you put Can`t accom, everyone assumes don`t want the wife to know, if you put Can (which I can but in hotels, my partner doesn`t know) then the assumption is that people expect to come round any time...

I would see that as they require being picked up and taken somewhere, and then dropped off again.

Can't travel, they don't have a car or want to use public transport etc.

That's my theory anyway

It's a useful filter for fantasists, cammers, people who have sex with people they wouldn't want in their home AND wouldn't visit the home of, and those who interpret forms in incompatible ways.

Cannot accommodate is self explanatory. Cannot travel means that they do have the ability to leave their home and socialise/meet within their locale. However they are not willing or able to travel further afield or miles and miles away. Makes sense really.

Because we only meet people at clubs.

If we put "can travel" we will get asked to go to peoples houses. This way it is nice and clear that we wont host and wont travel to anyone.

"How does that even work? I’m intrigued…"

Its a tactic used to stop people pressurising when they point out "your profile says you DO accomadate or DO travel,so they assume they must accomadate or travel to everyone who contacts them

Between the bins at the back lane.

Remember, If they have to use their mobility scooter it counts as ‘travel’

Well, you’re wrong, it actually means that their Ankle Tag will go off if they stray too far from their designated ‘home’.

I put I can travel. I also say clearly I have to get a ferry as I’m on an island. I still get guys 100 miles away expecting me to pop round at midnight. Unfortunately my magic carpet is a bugger to start in the rain.

It means they are either here to chat, maybe meet at clubs only, which translates to having your time wasted if you don’t want to do those same things.

Lots of fun people on here who will give you unforgettable experiences; focus on those and it’s all good.

Tonypandy.

They are looking at meeting locally at hotels / events / clubs etc.

I don't accommodate but when meeting I was happy to travel locally, but as I don't drive I'm reliant on public transport. If someone else is going the travelling, I was happy to pay for hotel.
