My favourite nude sauna is here:

It has a naked sauna area and also a non naked spa area too. However it is some distance out of Frankfurt centre but you can et to Bad Homburg easily by train from the central station using one of the suburban lines.
The Titus Thermen, which is close to the Messe is currently being rebuilt, opening late 2025. The old one had only a small nudist sauna area and sometimes felt a little unwelcoming. Hopefully the new facility will be improved.

Check out the old town - Dom Romer. There's also a great Paulaner Bar/Restaurant there too.
Get a ticket and go up the 'Main Tower' which has a great viewing platform and observation deck. |
