So, I'm a bit long in the tooth, not "Gym fit" but I don't think for 55 in too bad shape.. I was told the other day my belly was saggy... Tell me what you think... Profile pic is today. |

I'm feeling a bit of middle aged spread these days.
So I've started rucking. That's rucking, folks. You filthy lot.
Basically walking whilst carrying weight. It's a great endorphins release. I've always loved a walk but rucking makes you feel like you've actually had to work a bit. |
