Always take a pill whether it be blue 4 hrs or yellow 36 hrs. Not because of a medical need but because we enjoy very long sessions of sensual play. Since Viagra has been on the market for a certain amount of time, generic versions of exactly the same ingredients are available, and are considerably cheaper. Think we pay approximately £2ish per 'Blue' tablet via an online Doctor. They have a questionnaire that needs completing before you can purchase with the relevant warnings etc. Yes. Always speak to a pharmacist or doctor about any ED meds before buying and trying.
There are several considerations that need taken into account that would determine if PDE5i medications are going to be clinically appropriate for you or not.
The good thing is that, once you know they'll be OK for you to take, there are LOTS of cheap generic forms available. Don't get suckered in by "brand is better" because the simple fact is that there is the same dose of active ingredient in them (i.e. Viagra 50mg tablets are bioequivalent to generic sildenafil 50mg tablets)!

A guy who comes to me for sex is VWE, but he's a really nervous guy, and always takes 50mgs of Viagra (branded) an hour before he's due to arrive. He'd never tried it before, and was rock hard and ready for action after some cuddling.
He also found that once he's shot his load, the Viagra wears off, which he's pleased about, as driving back home whilst having to hide a thumping-great stiffy for a couple of hours would have proven difficult!
