A woman walking through town with a short flowing pvc skirt which kept blowing up with no attempt to keep it down and she clearly had no knickers on. Not something you see every day!
Should I have said anything?! |

There was part of me that innocently wanted to say did you know people can see your bare bum etc. And then there was part of me that wanted to just pay her a compliment. I was just so totally shocked, it's not like me to not say what I'm thinking! |

It was the fact that it was in a town centre, albeit the edge of, that surprised me. If it was somewhere more remote I don't think I'd have been as surprised |

I find this behaviour very disturbing. I mean, go about your business in private or in a designated places but I do not wish to see it in public when I’m out with my family.
Unpopular opinion, considering the site I’m posting this but that’s what I think about this.
