I've never seen any different to an extreme but wouldn't see it as a problem. We are all different and have lumps/bumps etc thats what makes things interesting

In my experience the majority of larger breasted woman have this to some degree, certainly not an issue for me.

It’s not something that I think I have come across, but more likely, just not noticed. Generally, in my limited experience, by the time you both get naked together, you have connected with the person, and are excited and busy and up close. It’s a bit like when someone asks me what my type is, and I really don’t know, other than a personality that I click with.
