Lots of people have foot fetishes.
Most people without will actively avoid engaging with people who do.
As far as objectification and inability to see beyond the one feature focused by the fetish goes, foot fetishists for some reason tend toward the more extreme end of that than any other kind of fetishists I've ever encountered.
I only wear closed toes shoes, specifically because I don't want to attract those people who obsess over it. |

Its the arch cleavage that does it for me.
Though I'm not a fan of high heels, they damage toes and the foot in general.
