As a Craigs List veteran I did this loads. I mean, obviously we knew a bit about each other and I always had a phone call first, met in a (usually pretty nice) public spot etc etc.
But there were no profiles involved and a lot of people didn't send pics. They only saw mine if we'd exchanged full names and they looked me up on Linked In!
On average the experience was a fair bit better than Fab tbh. Mostly because the post code search was more granular  |

One didn't have to fuck them because one "met up" with them. We used to commit to sharing cocktails not cock
