Local pub surprise left with dilemma

Went a few drinks in the local the other day got chatting to a lovely lady and as the night went on flirting became a little more obvious whilst talking mentioned we were looking to buy a house she said her hubby was a financial advisor and if I give her my number she will sort out the mortgage… anyway come the end of the night she said she needed to get something out her car of which was in an unlit car park behind the pub. She asked as I was leaving if I would accompany her to get whatever it was out her car. I did that where she then asked for my number again and started kissing me can’t lie she is very attractive and had a great ass we literally kissed nothing else. Fast forward two nights later I popped in pub for another drink and she was there introduced me to her family her husband wasn’t there like a few nights earlier. Had a laugh and a couple of drinks we then had a cigarette and she was pushing her bum into my hands and again kissed me.. it was much busier in the pub and this was in the beer garden no where discreet shall we say. Her mum works on the pub too so many of the locals know her and her family.
During a few texts I thought I would ask if she swings she said no never and I don’t normally do what I have done this weekend. She says she wants to arrange seeing me again but I am very confident her husband has no clue about any of this. She’s very attractive and very sexy do I walk away from the situation or see where it leads? |

I see two sides to this one of them is the OP Wife obviously knows as it’s a joint profile so he can’t get grief from her. The dangerous side is if her husband doesn’t know when he finds out they would be a little grief there a lot of guys would say that’s worth taking the risk. I don’t know. I’ve never been in that position. |

Appreciate the comments people and think you could be right…. They don’t live in the same village but only 15 mins up the road.
It does seem a little red flag like hence asking on here to get a general consensus
And in response to one of the comments trust me at the time when she first kissed me and threw her legs around my waist my first thought was been her over the car bonnet however some reasonable thinking time been had since and left unsure |

Personally it sounds as if she is unsure on her boundaries and expectations, if all parties are not on the same page it could be a recipe for disaster. It is really important to stick to boundaries in all cases so maybe could you message her and ask what her husband’s feelings are on the idea, and maybe (if comfortable) have a conversation with him to alleviate the worries you are feeling. |

But then if you didn't know, you're not at fault.
You know she's married now, if he doesn't know why get involved with her?
I'd stay well clear personally.
