Is there anywhere in Brighton on / near the main strip that has a reputation for being a Swingers hangout?

Yeah weirdly for a city with it's reputation it's a deadzone other than BGHS.

Obviously there are Fab members and one who runs parties at the weekends in Hove I believe.
