You've said you didn't really enjoy it.
She's said the same, in harsher words, possibly because rather than be up front and just say you weren't interested in a repeat meet, you stalled and simply said you couldn't make a date.
Had you been more up front she may have accepted your decision and moved on. Sometimes people react differently if they feel they've been left hanging.
So no, I wouldn't report on this occasion myself. I'd just chalk it up to experience. Plus it's not going to pleasant if she reads this and realises you're discussing her.
