I've had meets with females and couples in hotels. I also travel extensively and see and hear all sorts going on. Staff are used to it and turn a blind eye. Some hotels you need a key card to activate the reception door or elevator. So best to meet in the bar, restaurant or car park and go in together to avoid any embarrassing "can I help you" from staff if you can't get in.
Other than that, honestly nobody cares or bats an eyelid. Just relax and enjoy. Really isn't worth stressing over. |

Just have a drink at the bar and walk up to their room with them. The staff don't *know* you're going up for sex. We've invited people into our hotel room for all sorts of reasons, sometimes if it's a particularly nice one just to show them. |

Thank you for all the reassurance and advice. It really did help with the nerves. We all met for a drink then went to the room. We walked passed reception and there was no one there

As mentioned by others, meet them in the bar or car park first. Hotel staff have seen it all before and frankly don’t care.
I do remember my first hotel meet, I felt exactly the same way, but I soon realised that was part of the fun!!
