A as to me hes wanking in a public space where anyone could see him and he has simply given or received any consent to others ... if i had my phone id properly take a pic and report to police that theres a flasher exposing himself ...
as you can see ive no time for those who force themselves apon others by flashing / wanking in public |

It depends on when, where and whom.
If they have a reasonable expectation of privacy, then that is one thing, but doing it in a a way that is basically flashing, then that is quite another. |

I'd be concerned others may be able to see it, so be wary of exposing others, without consent. I'd potentially enjoy watching and might suggest going elsewhere. Perhaps something more than a handjob would be preferred.

TVs - generally watch+join
