Did they sign a form? State it in the video?
I was very naive when younger and allowed pics to be taken by a partner who had promised they were for him only.
I recently found pics of me on another site that had been on public view since 2013 and I had no idea they were there.
Only pics or videos taken of me now are on my phone and I choose who I share them with. |

I enjoy taking vids and pics. I only share those I have been given permission to share. You can believe that or not, your choice. But if ever in any doubt, I suggest not allowing the pics in the first place. |

I've ended up in photos on a couple of couple profiles in the past from play sessions, from a profile I had some time ago. They were all kind enough to check I was ok with it, obscured faces and identifiable tattoos etc.

It’s all about talking to the other person before hand though, knowing what they want, limits, face in or out of the shot etc. The discussion also has to cover what they want to do with them afterwards.

The problem is people lie.
I don't trust anyone with pics or film of me now, yes I know I have loads of pics on here but no face pics.
A man I'd seen for years had face pics of me and promised they would only ever be for him. Then I found more than 20 of them posted another website. They'd been on there since 2013. God knows where else he may have posted them. The only films or face pics of me now are taken on my own phone so I can chose where they are posted. If they end up elsewhere then that's my fault nobody else's. |

Its part of the fun.

We film all of our meets, whether I'm meeting alone or we're meeting together. We never post or share photos or videos without getting the approval of anyone/everyone in them.
If men aren't comfortable with that, it's absolutely fine - we'll respect their choice, but we won't meet them.

Without trying to offend or roast you, that’s not how content works. You only stated in your post that they competed to the video being taken for her personal use. Yet when questioned on this you change your interpretation to one of concern to show others - those are not the same. You then change your framing again to the quote above which again is not content to show others. It seems to me to be that although not your original question (which is a good one btw), you are defending what is technically falls foul of our laws on “revenge porn”.
In answer to you question though - we would if taken on our phone, then shared with the other parties with our faces (and identifying features) blurred, then the originals are deleted immediately, including from the “recently deleted” folder for safety. |
