I would imagine he means large, as in regular ones are a bit tight, not really worthy of flippancy, or would rather the fella came on and posted that he hates the things...wont use em and wants to hand out syphillis like sweets....good grief  |

When you go for your regular sti checks mention that you're finding regular condoms uncomfortable. Most clinics have stocks of all sizes for free to take away with you. Hope this is what you were asking! |

Inspiral condoms have a fitted shaft but are looser at the tip as part of the design.
Used to be able to buy them in Boots but havent seen them there for ages so last time had to buy them online. |

Many sites have more detail re dimensions - but trial and error is the best way to find the most confortable fit. Took me a while and after two years of using the same imported brand of XL's (not naming names but they're also a lovely ice cream!) the site stopped supplying them at a reasonable cost so I had to start again.
A comfortable fit is key!! |
