I run a few air bnbs, almost all hosts are aware of what goes on in them lol. Working girls rely on air bnb accommodation lol. As long as you don't annoy the neighbours and tidy up afterwards, they won't care.

It's just like a hotel...

If they have a hot tub you can be naked in that too, who would know?
