I have pictures of mine in our profile. Never try to put a metal one on when hard. Some lubricant is good but most important is to get the correct size. Start with a set of 3 silicone ones and find the inside diameter. If you like the feeling go for a metal one. I have 3. One round one 41mm two teardrop 39mm and one 45mm as my balls vary in size |

Just use womens elastic hair 'bobbles'. Just type that in Ebay or Amazon.
