As a cut guy, yes and no.
It depends a lot on technique, if you go at it fast and hard like some uncut guys do you need lube (and it depends on the lube too, the ones that go sticky make me go soft very quickly, can't stand that feeling) but with a good lube it feels good, but not for too long, it can pull at the skin around the ridge of your glans and make it sore for a while.
Also depends on how the guy was cut too, if he has a little extra skin it's easier, if they were cut tight again it can become painful quickly.
Mine's not very sensitive, has it benefits but wish I was uncut, would love to know what it feels like to have a foreskin slide back and forth over my knob  |

Experienced both and had issues with my foreskin so find it less painful to wank now I'm cut. Was using lube anyway else I would start getting sore but mostly don't need it if I'm wanking myself but need lube if anyone else is.
One way to experience it is to pull your foreskin back and wank while rubbing the head. I tried it out before getting done to see if I was happy doing that the rest of my life. |

Not what you asked for but in my opinion it’s the same as female mutilation.
It shouldn’t be cut on males and foreskin left unless medical reason. Why young boys have the procedure without their consent due to religious reasons is quite barbaric and should be illegal. |

I got cut less than a year ago due to phimosis.
I still have a little loose foreskin so don't necessarily need lube to wank.
The exposed glans is a lovely addition. It was previously too sensitive and never fully exposed; now it's game to a lot of play.
Oily footjobs rubbing against the underside of the exposed glans feel incredible too. |

Yes, in a good way. At least now it can be touched. Before, that was unthinkable.
Took a good few weeks post-op to get desensitised enough when it's touching underwear, let alone fingers. |
