So we are thinking about making a room and air b n b it out , it’s a double room with onsite what furniture props would you say are a must , we have to limit the Pieces if we placing a bed so any ideas of things that more likely to get people booking |

We have recently done this to create a BDSM Play room. We didn't put a bed in the room as it is only 12ftx12ft. It's plenty big enough for a frame, gyno chair, folding cage and massage table. You'll need a cupboard or drawers and hooks for hanging toys etc depending on needs.
We entertain in it and everyone enjoys the experience. If we want a bed, we retire to one of the other bedrooms. The bed in there has tie points. All works well.  |

Bed with shackle points for straps/chains.
St Andrews Cross, including horizontal piece for straight out arms, including shackle points and leather straps. Upright glanced to Wall would save on space.
Large ottoman or low height table.
Swing chair.
Kneeling chair raised slightly from floor.

We hired a dungeon in Birmingham a few years ago. Unfortunately it's closed down since.
That said, we didn't expect to enjoy the medical/gyno room as much as we did. We thought we'd give it a go but ended up loving it!
If I were making my own dungeon then I'd definitely incorporate a gyno room |
