I don't see anyone I chat to as wasting my time if I arranged to meet them and they didn't turn up that would be time wasted .

some folks talk for ages before a meet some people dont ... not all people who talk to you want to meet you either ..

people who are quick to shout time waster are normally entitled people who think they are owed something all the time
