How many men on here find a pregnant woman even more sexy than before they became pregnant ?
I for one do, though I really can not tell why this is.

If evolutionary and animal instincts are at play then surely a pregnant woman is attractive because somewhere in the back of the monkey brain our reproductive need is saying to us that she could be our mate next and reproduce for us next.
That’s of course if we still have that animalistic instinct and cannot tell it to shut up with our cognitive skills. |

Humans have been around for a few million years, our type of humans (sapiens) for a few hundred thousand. We can tell our instinct to shut up, but they are still there, modern ideas of morality that tell us we should perhaps do so have been around just a few thousand years at most. I think I read that MILF was the most searched for category on porn sites. |
