I've got 2 one for 4 years but don't get to meet that often and another who I've just met 2 weeks ago but we've met a lot, that'll be interesting going forward but ATM it's awesome both same energy and on the same page with both friendship and benefits. |

I have had 3 friends with benefits. As in real friends, we went through different life challenges and phases together and supported each other
2 of them lasted 4 years. Being several years younger, their journeys in parenthood were just starting whereas I am getting a bit more freedom. So things fizzled out. Last one was 5 years…
They were intense, pleasurable and delightful friendships. I long to have at least another one like that again. But it’s proving to be very difficult. |

"Do you set boundaries for these types of situations? ie if either of you find a partner you just step away and chalk it up to memory etc"
He still likes the whole wifey idea... I definitely do not want a husband... I only encourage him to find what he wants... As long as it's never me |

If things change then you have a conversation as you would anything else. If you find a someone you likely wouldn't be swinging, so you should be adult enough to say you're off the market or let them know where things stand (instead of ghosting or continuing it). With fwb no conversation is off the table really. |

We found each other on fab 7 years ago and we are here today with a joint profile. Like our name suggests.
Finding the right person can work. Especially when the lady is Bi, but communication is the key.
As well as willingness from both parties.
Now we are on the search of our third wheel. Women only. Which we have found. It's been a journey to say the least. |

I’ve had two. The first 2.5 years. The second, well it kind of keeps rumbling on.
I’ve learnt about women. They go through different periods of their lives when, what they want changes. The funny thing is, if you give them the space they need at these times, they come back. One after three years of not seeing each other, the second pops up every year. Lol. |

"I have been seeing my regular fwb for almost 8 years... We cohabited for about 4 of those... We still see eachother at least a couple of times a week
Isn’t that a boyfriend? "
No! We aren't committed to eachother... He will eventually find a gf and it will end... And we both see other people and have our own lives |
