Messages that reference anything in my profile that shows they've actually read it and something that makes me laugh tends to do the trick... or a really genuine compliment that maybe hits the spot of my praise/worship kink 
As for icks, I'm not a fan of someone just outright sending me their sexual fantasy/kink written as though I'm taking part in it... without a conversation first. Or those "hey x" ones
