Its a common problem "Stevie" (sorry couldn't resist lol) - might i suggest a combination of advice above ---
1. she needs to desire it first
2. she needs to be prepared
3. plenty of lub - but not over do
4. finger her arse to loosen her up
5. try inserting your finger and cock in at same time - then remove finger -
or
6. just push bell end in and relax

The anal sphincter relaxes gradually not immediately, hence why trying to ram it in hurts the other person, most guys who've seen porn but not done anal think it'll just push in a second!
