In certain circumstance im sure size can matter, but im my experience its only an issue if the guy become less confident in using what he has and forget the rules of foreplay..
I think i'm Mr Average at circa 7" to 8" and I don't recall ever being told "your willy is to small and that was crap"

7 to 8 inches is reasonably above average, 4 and a half is slightly below average.
Average is about 5 and a half - but you'd never guess that.
Just done a google search on 'average penis size' - page after page of crap, mostly about enlargment. No serious factual, accurate information.
Within quite broad limits, size is not important, and I say that as someone who is a little (not much) above average.
