is there a addiction to hard on pills on this scene ???
and the worrying bit is most really dont need them and even worse dont know the long term affect on them ...
guys why are you so reliant on them ?
also ladies and couple do you avoid guys that take them if you know of course ..
its so easy to spot those that take them well most anyway i just dont understand if you dont need why take ??

im not bothered i just think its unnecessary for a fully heathy guy to take them when they dont need ..

I have used the Cialis daily for insurance since I had problems after anti depressants. However if I forget it never seems to be an issue
They cost around £10 for a months supply here so not a big outlay. |

depression meds have a big impact on sexual gealth so completely understand that ....
im not on about those who go to drs and get prescribed the question is aimed at those who buy them from a mate in the pub that dont need them maybe i should have been clearer on that |

Curiosity I guess.
My doctor prescribed me Viagra at first but they gave me massive headaches, nasal congestion and my lips turned bright red. Plus, more often than not, they seemed to work the following morning usually when I was in a supermarket
A gay guy I worked with took them off me purely to try. |

would it not have been better to go back to your dr ??? there are several different tabs now and you could be missing out...
giving away or selling a prescription drugs is illegal and can have serious implications on others belive it or not not every one can take these pill many with underlying heart probs especially |

There are a sizeable number of people... And I'm going to keep it as vague as that but could probably be more specific without losing any accuracy... Who seem to believe that whatever they do in terms of enhancing themselves is their absolute right and can never be questioned but if their counterpart does it it's somehow problematic and either shouldn't be allowed or should be denigrated.
I'll leave it at that... |

What negative long term affect do they have?
Pretty sure I read an article not long ago about a bunch of other health benefits they can give. Including for the heart, reducing risk of alzeimers etc. |

I don't think there's an addiction to ED medications on the scene at all.
You're right that not everyone who uses them physiologically needs them, but some people find them very helpful. Those who I've spoken to (also myself included) can find larger, group situations mentally overstimulating and distracting. As there is a large mental component to maintaining and erection, having the back up of a physiological "boost" can help these men perform to the level they would hope.
There needs to be consideration for the group of men affected by this overstimulation issue that, if they weren't to use ED medication and they consistently lost erections during play, that could be damaging to mental health and self-esteem/confidence.
That being said, there are strategies to avoid use of ED meds for this group in the form of things like therapy and mindfulness practices. Unfortunately though, these are far harder/more daunting to engage with for some and the use of ED medication is seen as a suitable alternative.
