I've not had any issues climaxing from a blowjob before. In fact, I love it! Sounds like there could be 2 things going on at least, one being a mental block and the other being potential giver technique. If you consistently haven't cum from oral and keep telling yourself that, mentally you could be blocking yourself. It's amazing what blocks a different mindset can impart unintentionally (not trying to impart any blame or insinuate this is definitely the case either btw).
