I've used them a fair bit and don't have any problems with it. In gact coming from South Africa where we are a lot more paranoid about safe sex I'd be much happier to use them more for NSA encounters and club meets etc.
Flavoured Skins are ok and there is no latex aftertaste, flavours are a bit artificial and taste a a little like cheap candy. Definitely a good choice of anyone has a latex allergy.
Royals Strawberry is definitely the best I've tasted! Even though they are latex, you don't get the smell or taste and who doesn't like Strawberry
Durex flavoured are better than the plain but you definitely get a slight latex smell and taste from them.
