I can't speak for everyone but for me it's only when I'm turned on, for example if we're dirty talking to a new person or people I'll find that I'm wet and there would be a wet patch. If it's oral foreplay, by the time I resurface, I'd be leaking precum.

It certainly does create a wet patch in boxers, in my case a very large one at that. Doesn’t take much to get it flowing too, can be a bit embarrassing when it starts to show through your trousers though  |
