Had to repair a leak, it was a super hot day. Met the lady a few days before to explain the works etc, noticed she was quite talkative but I put it down to the fact she was just happy I came over so soon. Next day, got in, again very thankful. So cracked on, she came a few times to check in/chat, got a bit flirty as she was practically stood over me with a thin summer dress, and she was a decent looking girl, not my type per se but yeah.
