Photos taken from profile and displayed by others

Hi all, a single male in the area local to our profile location has taken it upon himself to take one of the photos from our profile and display it as his own. Are we within the rules of the site to name him in our status update and encourage others to report him, as we have? Or is it just a case that we have to wait for the admin to respond to the report that we have logged?
We have messaged the person in question to politely ask them to remove it from their profile, as well. |

Don't name or shame you'll get in trouble for that, report the profile to the admin they'll deal with it.

Just report, naming and shaming is against the rules.
Incidentally asking other people to report is pointless there will be no proof and the more such reports there are the longer it'll take for reports with proof to be addressed. |

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:
