Had to post this because im fed up of reading peoples _iews on 'fake' boobs.
Posts that mention anything at all about breasts attract the 'I hate fake boobs' nasty comments.
Many women have breast surgery for reasons other than vanity, and some of the comments Ive come across are pure hurtful and some are said purely to bring attention to their own 'wonderfully natural' breasts.
Bring on the critisism, thats fine, but please be aware that throw away comments about how awful or horrible silicon breasts are will be stabbing lots of lovely ladies in the heart.

there are a lot of threads on here recently criticising women for the way they look, saggy breasts, fake breasts, pubic hair where some people feel it shouldn't be etc etc.
Some people will always find it easier to criticise than to be positive. |

I agree with this. If I got offended (and this probably applies to most of us on here) easily I'd either have left here or be a heap of low self esteem on the floor. I don't fit with a lot of what people find praiseworthy on here and can't achieve a lot of the sexual acts that men rave about but guess what...I manage lol. |

but again there is context. perhaps i am looking at it from another angle, without personal experience but i would guess they are talking purely about cosmetic surgery, women who have had them because some vacuous celeb said they should.

Didnt really want to open a can of worms, just wanted people to realise that enhanced boobs are not always just vanity, sometimes they are there because the person wants to look 'normal' ..... the same as wearing contact lenses or hidden hearing aids.
Boobies rule, enhanced or not.

I'm attracted to a woman with confidence. If that means she's enhanced in some way for whatever reason then so-be-it. I see it not differently to makeup or lingerie.
And, as you say, there are more reasons than just vanity for wanting cosmetic surgery and people would do well to remember that... |

A lady barely into her 30's I know has 2 young kids and found out she had breast cancer last year. Everything is good as far as I know, dont think she had breast reconstruction, but if she did shouldnt matter to anyone. The only thing fake about me is my nails when I get them done later and the odd fake tan and my makeup which I wear to enhance me (well hopefully). Couldnt do without my makeup. Basically if you choose to have fake boobs thats your decision, specially if its affecting your life if you are really small, then go for it. |

I have fake breasts and happy to admit it, I had mine done because I felt like a child, not a woman, I paid for mine (non of this NHS bull shit) and are very happy with them!

I don't get annoyed so much as wonder how a lot of people base their opinions on fake breasts on the over inflated footballs that are seen on celebs (and on here a lot!) before I had mine done i did lots of research and joined a cosmetic surgery website. Some of the women on there asked for their implants to be overly fake looking but most want a natural look. I told my surgeon I wanted to go as big as possible without looking fake and I think he did a pretty good job!
So don't be offended. Just do what I do and laugh it off, those that say fake tits are disgusting are probably basing it on porn/Jodie marsh and have never been anywhere near a decent fake pair!! |

What I'm saying is its a shame that a lot of people (and I've had a few pm's on this topic when it's been raised before and seen comments on here and other sites) base their dislike of fake boobs on the type I previously describes when it's not an accurate portrayal of breast enlargements in general. |

People with nothing better to do I'm not one to judge.
For whatever reason the lady has had plastic surgery whether it be for Cosmetics to make herself feel better or for health reasons it's not my business.
They probably sit there and troll people for tattoo's and piercings as well.
They might criticize people for how they look but in reality it just means they're shallow people looking for a reaction because they probably have low self esteem
I wouldn't worry about it plenty of kind caring people out there who don't give a damn about appearances, I've got 7 tattoo's and was engaged to a girl with a tattoo and many piercings, not everyone is so judgemental She didn't have breast implants but if she did or decided she wanted to it wouldn't have bothered me in the slightest and most people wouldn't care either it's the 10% of ignorant people that spoil it for everyone else.

Thats not the point of the post at all.... everyone is entitled to their opinion, but some opinions are vented with hurtful remarks. Anyone saying they dont like 'enhanced' breasts is fine, and acceptable, but saying they are disgusting etc is not.
Oh and for the record, fake is not a great way to describe something that has feeling, sensitivity and all the pain receptors and pleasure points are intact and working.
They are not romoved of a night and put in a box by the side of the bed.
Opinions people are entitled to them.

not at all, dont give a hoot what others think of mine...... just dont like to see hateful remarks about people shape, body, skin colour etc .
Strange thing is that no one would dream of using hurtful remarks about someone with a false leg, yet are very happy and loud to sneer at people with enhanced breasts without caring why the person has them.
Saw so many hurtful remarks over the last few days that I just vented my opinion |

Agree, but my opinions do not include insults of others.
I do however defend totally my original post and do beieve that if people can only offer insults then they would be better just keeping it to themselves.
Beauty is not only external, a nasty interior shows through in many ways. |

I don't like them being called fake boobs, they aren't fake, they've just had a helping hand. I'd have surgery on mine if I could afford it, to be made smaller though, not bigger. That would mean they would no longer be as nature intended but would they be fake? |

very good point, I know a few ladies who have had reductions, its a longer and more serious operation which needs much thought.
Strangely enough people dont tend to say 'can i have a feel' to them! |

Im not a expert but with a reduction dont they just remove the fat? Wouldnt think they would put smaller implants in but not sure. But if not then still natural not fake. But I dont care if people want a reduction or a increase its their body and if it makes them feel good other opinions shouldnt matter. Think I said this other day though |
