I like to see pictures that the person has put some thought in to. That's really it.
So trousers round ankles, rim of toilet in view probably represents little to no thought
I would suggest propping it up the phone and put on the timer and taking some nice fully dressed pictures
Make sure you look in the background to make sure it tidy.
