Have several friends on here that are purely fab based eg we only speak on here, phone numbers not exchanged or anything. However I've noticed that they have appeared as People you may know on Facebook. Has anyone else experienced this? |

Its based off your cookies, part of Facebooks terms and conditions is you permit them to read all of the cookies on your device regardless of which browser you use. They harvest the info from your cookies and can correlate that to people you may know on their platform. The only real counter measure is clear your cache and history before and after you visit the social media site and never visit this site while you have a window open with the social media open. |
