Endurance sports don’t really produce the kind of physique we think of when talking about “gym fit”
Gym fit generally doesn’t refer to spot’s performance but refers to an Aesthetically pleasing physique gained from lifting weights ect. |

Our preference is for gym fit singles.
We both enjoy training, but it's more about appreciating someone's commitment to a fairly active lifestyle and dedication to something that requires mental as well as physical resilience.
Being 'gym fit' has a deeper appeal to us that the physical side effects - although we enjoy those too!

That's how I interpret it too, it's an appearance thing rather than an actual fitness thing |
