Hi, Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but I have come across a few profiles that are using fake images from online. What baffles me is these accounts are verified and have multiple verifications from other multiple verified accounts. I did a reverse google image search and they are from multiple different women. Is it a scam? Maybe they look similar to the images they have used but if that's the case why bother. Anyone have any experiences or a clue what's going on? |

"Many profiles have fake verifications, they're generally easy to spot. You can report your findings, or just give those profiles a miss."
Just seems strange why they do it. Like what is the plan? |

there are couples women and men who think they are doing a good deed by giving a veri ''just to help'' they are not and because of them veris are now pointless and can make it quite dangerous for some thinking they are meeting a genuine person/s...
and there are people here who do fake veris stupid enough to admit it i met a guy a few weeks back who was quite happy to tell me he veris lots of guys because he feels sorry for them he did not like my reaction also know of a few couples who do this too talking openly in clubs as if they deserve a pat on the back
cam veris should be scrapped just like the old phone veris that used to be here the only veris that should be allowed are the meets veris ..real meets that is
the best thing anyone can do is ignore veris i now longer ask for them and i no longer give them unless the meet ask for one

This has always been a thing. It is likely that most are guys pretending to be women or couples. Clearly they get off on wasting peoples time and probably any chat or pic sharing they get involved in. Reverse image search is a good way of checking if they’re real as generally pics taken from years ago on porn sites are used. However it isn’t infallible. If you have any doubts about anyone simply do not engage with them. |
