Older has a charm and can be surprised by opening their expectations and experience. Younger are more easily trained. Either way , both are a delight.

Of course it always depends on the individuals rather than their age but as a rule of thumb the age range I typically go hasn't changed in 25 years, only difference now is that what I used call older is now younger
