Funny thing about Kik.. We got it after we were told it is fairly widely used and have yet to find anyone else who has either got it or wants to give us their user name!

I set it up today but promptly deleted it after realising you can never log out so are permanently online with no password protection. Not good when little people are constantly pinching daddys phone lol. |

Like I said this is a great App but should have a login option. As this app is probably used for naughty fun wouldn't dream of leaving it open for my children to see when they play on my phone. Oh and it's Rocket Surgery ;-);-);-);-);-);-) |

Another option is to get a 'swingphone' just for naughty fun. And keep it well away from the kids! |

Thanks for the advice (not needed by the way) but was just stating a fact about this particular app and making people aware it can't be directly password protected. I'm pretty sure most people don't leave thier Fabswingers a/c's open unprotected.
Feel free to buy me a swinging phone though.......galaxy 4 please.

Another reason to use kik is to do with Instagram! If you give your number to someone who has Instagram on their phone, they automatically give permission for that programme to harvest details about your contact with that person. As Instagram is very popular, we will no longer be giving our numbers out!  |

When on kik, go to settings, then account settings and then choose 'reset kik'. You then have to log back in with your password/username! |

We're on kik but all we get is 'do we want to meet tonight' messages or requests for pics.

Kik is hit and miss for us.. both of us are kik but dont get much conversation thru it.. tho we do have one or two people who pop in and out to say hi.... t will talk to anyone on there.. drop us a line if you want a chat |
