There are reports that the new Bond has been chosen and will begin filming later this year.
The new James Bond is Arron Taylor Johnson.
Thoughts.
I said his name in an old Bond thread as I thought he is not very well known, and would not be expensive in the first few movies.
So who did you want to see as Bond, do you think this is a good choice. |

I last saw him in the brad pit movie bullet train playing a killer.
He has an upcoming film Kravin the hunter or something such a comic book adaptation.
It will be interesting to see Bond in the world now, will he fit in with the message movies are giving out now, it will be interesting to see how this pans out. |

He's a great actor, but yeah he's too old at this point. Because they'll want some1 they can do multiple films with over as many years as possible. |

Happy to give him a chance and review after 2 or 3 films. Much prefer a more low key actor being given the role then some A-lister who is already 50-plus and only there for the pay day |

I return to this thread with news regarding Arron T Johnson being offered the role of Bond James Bond.
Some fans are in uproar due to his being jewish and timing this with the events at this time.
Hashtag Bond is MI5 not Mossad is popular at the moment.
Such a shame if this stops Johnson becoming Bond as I feel he is a good fit for the part.

I think they should just do standalone bond movies and then can recast as they wish if someone proves unpopular Gets Tiring with all this arcs across multiple movies.
Marvel trash is like pulling teeth these days Nothing wrong with nice the old ways of doing bond movies with them as own stories |
