Do you need to pee when you wake up?

Is something worrying you?

Are you hot or cold?

Drinking caffeinated or sugary drinks before bedtime?

If you are functioning in n a normal day pattern you shouldn’t have any caffeine after mid-afternoon as it has potential to affect your sleep.

Have any big changes occured for you lately?

My dad has been waking up in the night since my mum died two years ago. I've advised him to turn the radio on very low on a talk station such as R4. No idea if it'll help but it might take your mind off thinking about trying to sleep

I'd try cutting this out, I can't drink caffeine after lunch and sleep properly.

Cut out the energy shot. That'll keep you awake for sure, that's kind of its intended purpose

Perpignan and cap

1. No screens in the bedroom (get an alarm clock).

2. Exercise.

3, eat well.

4, no caffeine in the afternoon.

5, try not to worry about it

All are easier said than done but it'll help.
