Assuming a penis or a dildo is roughly cylindrical in shape then you can use this calculation by measuring the diameter and then calculating the circumference or girth. It won't be entirely accurate due to variations in diameter along the length but it'll be close enough.
That makes pi very relevant when calculating your girth. Or you could just do what I do and use a tape measure lol  |

I always put myself in the females position....and think "there's no way i'd like to be ripped apart" with anything of the sizes mentioned. Respect to those that love it, but it makes me feel uncomfortable seeing objects of large length and girth having to be gently inserted due to lack of comfort, into a women's body. ouch. |
