Princess is 5/6 times a week with a minimum of a gym session every one of those days then a 60 intense class on 3. Probably would be 7 days but kids sports on the weekend block most weekends |

Abs are made in the kitchen
Now backs is a another story
Those are made in the gym
Also stableisher muscles In the back are key

I like all women x I have a thing for bbw and being a fitness instructor I love to train them. Not being a pervy PT but women can keep their curves and with the right weight training really improve how it looks. That being said a well trained slim woman is amazingly hot |

I am genuinly seeking a gym partner from here, makes the usual chit chat a bit easier. Also work all over so anyone want to have a session I am a trained pt and happy to keep it as a workout nothing more. Just like to meet people who are up for the gym but have some other things in common |
