I’m not a doctor but I’m guessing she had little to zero gag reflex and that’s why it was so effortless for her, it’s the gag reflex that causes the resistance, chocking etc. Some people have a very sensitive gag reflex and some people barely have a gag reflex at all, it would be very difficult for someone with a sensitive gag reflex to deep throat.
