Bare (anal) for me and I want to make the point that PrEP has been a game changer. It's very rare to see porn that is protected these days.
PrEP prevents (or PEP manages) HIV which can leads to AIDS. Everything else you have vaccines and/or post infection cures.
This is in the main. There are evolving infections like Super Gonorrhea that antibiotics is not working. Medics are developing cures alongside. So for me, the risk is worth taking.
