What’s the point in this? How do you know that the picture they send you is actually the picture you ask for? They could just have a plain, vanilla picture that they send to people they aren’t interested in and and a sexy picture to send to someone they are interested in. |

Well it is roulette … and in roulette there’s a chafe the ball lands on green 0 … where the bank wins

There’s no chance involved when someone else chooses what picture to send me. If the croupier was able to choose when the ball lands on green 0 if they don’t like the look of the gambler and when it lands on a number that a gambler has money on if they do like the look of the gambler then yes, it would be similar to this game.
With this game we message someone privately asking them so send us a specific picture and they send us whatever picture they want to send us. |

It’s not chance, it’s a decision that someone makes. Something can only be down to chance if the outcome isn’t controlled by a human decision. No one controls where the ball stops in roulette, no one controls whether a coin toss lands on heads or tails but with this game the person sending the picture 100% controls what picture gets sent. |

If you enter into a game where YOU do not know for sure the outcome, then you are in a game of chance.

No one knows for sure the outcome of any game that’s fair and not rigged. When a football match starts non of the players know what the outcome will be but that doesn’t mean it’s a game of chance.
Just because there are 2 possible outcomes it doesn’t mean it’s down to chance, if you send someone a private message on here then they will either reply or they won’t reply, they make that decision based on a number of factors, it’s not down to chance whether they reply or not. Similarly when you message someone to ask for a picture in this game they will decide what picture to send based on a number of factors.
For something to be down to chance it can’t be controlled by human decision in any way….tossing a coin, whether it’s sunny on your wedding day, where the ball stops on a roulette wheel… |
